THANKS SO MUCH!!! i used to be a size 4 uk, but i went to an 8 and felt sooo guilty i tried to reduce my intake all the time. every time eat i feel gulity and was seriouly thinking about not eating!! I was really going to start tomorrow but now am not starting at all THANK YOU SO MUCH I AM NOW AWARE OF THE EFFECT, IT HAS BEEN SPELT OUT FOR ME !! i feel happy the way i am i weigh 7.7lb but i want to get to 8stone!! x x x age 16)
