an absolutely fantastic programme last night. Thank you so much for showing exactly what happens both physically and mentally to a woman attempting to become a ridiculous size zero. It's reassuring to see a beautiful and admirable celebrity debunking this awful size zero trend. As somebody who has been through self doubt bodywise your programme made me angry with both myself and society at large for allowing myself to succumb to such a trend. Women should be shaped like women. What on earth is happening in society such that women feel like they want to literally disappear?
