Would like to congratulate you on the show last night, and also i am really happy that you was able to go back to your normal size.

I thought the show was excellent and hopefully will give other girls a insight into what they are getting themselves into. I am a size 14 and have always thought about crash dieting but after your show i have completely changed my mind and am staying a HEALTHY 14. I think you have reached out to so many young girls and really hope this puts an end to all this.
