Size Zero
Excellent programme, it will be a source of office chat for a while yet. However from some of the chat at my place of work I do get the impression a selected few of my collegues will be trying to copy the diet in a bid to loose excess pounds, regardless of the health issues. I think this could be potentially dangerous to those who have quite a lot of weight to loose. If they try the diet and it has the desired results, I believe it could become a way of life for them and give that individual the starting point for a severe eating disorder regime. I have lost weight the right way, I joined a slimming club and lost over 7 stone, weight has always been an issue for me. Now my daughters are teenagers they too have weight issues, they see me on a constant diet and would not want this for them. I have not let them watch the programme as I feel 1 daughter in particular would use the information concealed within it to begin an eating regime not fit for a mouse. I would like to think all youngsters who did watch the programme were shocked by the reality of Louise's persona, however I do not feel this is the case , I believe some youngsters will feel that the benifits outway the risks 100 - 1

Thanks

re: Size Zero
My teenage daughter watched the programme and she is now following the diet! She proudly announced that she had only had 750 calories yesterday and she ran 2 miles. Unfortunately she found the programme inspirational and she is convinced that she can reduce by 2 dress sizes in 30 days.
I don't know what to say to her! I have tried explaining to her about healthy eating but she just wants rapid results. She is not even fat!
I think lots of her friends have got thesame idea.
