I think the program did not work AT ALL. The next day I went to work and 2 girls came in with salads and said they were gonna follow your regime ! no matter how bad it is on their health. They were amazed at the results and want to be skinny no matter what. Unfortuately all it has done is show them that in 30days they can lose weight FAST !! I have tried talking them out of it but they are really determined. It certainly hasnt put them off but encouraged them more. Well Done for your silly programme, I also hear that a website for anorexics are hailing you as inspirational too !!
