Dear Louise,
My name is Lizzie I'am 16 years old in May and i have been suffering with Anorexia for 4 years, since i was 12.
I used to look through magazines at people like Nicole Richie, Victoria Beckham, The Olsen Twins, the list just goes on, and i would wish i "looked like them". My weight goals would get lower and lower untill i managed to see some resemblence between these celebrities and myself, however the feeling of being thin didnt last for long and before i knew it i was losing more weight.
After i watched your programme, i realised that what i'am doing to myself IS NOT healthy! Its not healthy to be 15 years old 5"3 and weigh 4 stone 11 pounds. I finally realised that what i have been doing to myself is so wrong, and i do actually have a problem and need the help i have been getting!
I just wanted to Thankyou for what you have done for me, because if i hadnt have seen you in "The Truth About Size Zero", i dont think i would be trying to make my problem right.

I hope you are ok now, and enjoying your food again. I cant wait untill the day comes when i can enjoy a meal. I'am going to try really hard.
